When can I expect my order to ship?

All in stock gift items will ship within 3-5 business days. Art is custom made to order and will ship within 5-7 business days. If you need something for a special occasion and would like to expedite shipping, please email us at hi@ostrichpartyco.com and we will do our best to make it happen. 

What is your return policy? 

All art prints are custom made to order and are final sale. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with a gift item, new and unused (Pouches, Notecard Sets, Journals) can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us at hi@ostrichpaperco.com for more information. 

My order was damaged in transit. What should I do? 

Oh no! We hate when this happens, but don't worry.. we've got you covered. Hang onto all of your shipping materials and send us an email at hi@ostrichpartyco.com and we'll take care of it ASAP. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

We can ship internationally and use either UPS or USPS. Ostrich Party Co is not responsible for any custom fees or duties on outgoing shipments.
